Sizing Guide:

To attain the best-fitting pads, we recommend that you measure the circumference of your knee at the joint. Based on your measurements you can acquire the size that you will need:

• Extra Small: 15 - 17.8cm (6 - 7")
• Small: 20.5 - 22.9cm (8 - 9")
• Medium: 22.5 - 27.9cm (10 - 11")
• Large: 27.9 - 30.5cm (11 - 12")
• Extra Large: 33 - 35.5cm (13 - 14")

Be sure that your limb is relaxed whilst measuring. This will allow you to get the most accurate reading.
