To attain the best-fitting pads, we recommend that you measure the circumference of your wrist at the joint. Based on your measurements you can acquire the size that you will need:
- Small: 16 - 19cm (6.5 - 7")
- Medium: 18 - 22cm (7.5 - 8.5")
- Large: 20 - 23cm (8 - 9")
Be sure that your limb is relaxed whilst measuring. This will allow you to get the most accurate reading.
